WHAT MAKES US LUCKY
Since 2018 we’ve been bringing our brand of irreverent Asian small plates to Edinburgh’s culinary scene. What started out as a tiny hole-in-the-wall canteen has blossomed into an institution with a cult following.

Our new home on Broughton St is a much larger venue with a range of spaces along with a cocktail bar giving us the opportunity to offer bespoke cocktails, paired wine and sake, and expand our menu (while keeping all the old favourites).
This doesn't change the dynamic, innovative energy of the OG - it just makes the whole adventure of dining at Lucky Yu an even better experience.
OUR FOOD & DRINK
It goes without saying that we source as many of our ingredients from local suppliers as possible. We also don’t use lemons or limes in our cocktails to reduce our food wastage and make that part of our operation more sustainable.
